: Take out the tofu and drain away the juice. Then dust with katakuriko (*Save the marinade).
: Heat some vegetable oil in a frying pan and brown both sides of the tofu on low-medium heat.
: Add the marinade that you saved beforehand and reduce well while mixing it with the tofu thoroughly (*The heat will help the marinade to reduce down quickly, so be careful not to reduce it down too much).
: Add some sesame seeds to finish and serve on a plate with grated ginger or green onions. Spinkle on some Japanese sansho pepper too if you'd like.
