Making jam from fresh ingredients is good, but with this recipe you can make it from inexpensive canned fruit in a short time.

Ingredients: About 180 g [about 243 kcal]

5 slices (about 200 g)
1 tablespoon
Lemon juice
1/2 tablespoon


1. Put the pineapple in a food processor, and run it for about 10 seconds.
2. Put the pineapple, mizuame, and lemon juice in a pan and simmer over low heat for about 15 minutes.
3. Cook until translucent and no more juice is coming out of the pineapple.
