Potato Croquette Sandwich

Potato Croquette Sandwich

If you have leftover croquettes, I highly recommend turning them into this sandwich!! Even if you don't have leftovers, I recommend you try this!!

Ingredients: 1 serving

White bread (from an 8-slice loaf)
2 slices
Cabbage
to taste
Croquette (OK even if cold)
1
Sweet chilli sauce
2 tablespoons
Mayonnaise
2 tablespoons
Pizza cheese
2~3 tablespoons
Margarine
1 tablespoon

Steps

1. In a bowl, mix together all the ingredients except for the bread and cabbage. Don't over-crush the croquette so that you can cut it later.
2. Spread margarine (separate from the listed amount) lightly over both slices of bread. Put the mixture from Step 1 onto one slice of bread, and shredded cabbage on the other.
3. Toast in a toaster oven.
4. Sandwich the two slices of bread together.
5. Cut in to easy-to-eat pieces and serve.

Story Behind this Recipe

I had leftover croquettes and didn't want to put them in the freezer, so I thought I'd make a sandwich with them. This really is delicious. I highly recommend it.
