Australian Beef Steak with Sansho Pepper and Miso

Let's try Australian beef with Japanese seasonings. Sansho pepper aroma stimulates your appetite. You can marinate a lot of beef and barbecue it too.

Ingredients: 2 servings

Australian beef shoulder loin for steak
about 250g (2 cuts)
Miso
100 g
Sansho
Slightly more than 1 tablespoon
Mirin
2 tablespoons
Honey
2 tablespoons

Steps

1. Mix miso, sansho pepper, mirin and honey, and marinate the beef.
2. Marinate for about 1 hour. Wipe the marinade roughly from the surface of the meat. Stir fry in the pan. Cook to desired doneness.
