Teriyaki Chicken Pizza

Delicious Japanese style pizza!

Ingredients: 1 pizza

Teriyaki Chicken
1lb Recipe ID: 3617580
12 inches prebaked pizza crust
1 crust
about 150ml line (Add more or less if you like)
Japanese mayonnaise
3 to 4 Tbs
Shredded mozzarella cheese
About 300ml line
Toasted seaweed/Nori
to taste


1. Make my Teriyaki Chicken. Recipe ID: 3617580
2. Cut leeks into 2 inch long pieces and slice them lengthwise.
3. Cut the toasted seaweed into thin stripps using your kitchen sissors.
4. Preheat oven to 400°F. Place the pizza dough on a baking sheet and spread the Japanese mayonnaise over it.
5. Add a generous portion of the Teriyaki chicken on top of the mayo layer.
6. Add the sliced leeks.
7. Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese evenly as the top layer and bake in the oven for 10~15 minutes.
9. Sprinkle the toasted seaweed on top after the pizza is fully baked.
10. For those that don't like leeks, you can use frozen corn instead on step 6.

This is my favorite pizza in Japan. I can't get it here in America so I make my own.
