Coleslaw with Spring Cabbage

It's better to make it with regular cabbage instead of spring cabbage.

Ingredients: 3-4 servings

Cabbage
5~6 leaves
Carrot
1/2
Salt
about 1/2 teaspoon
Lemon juice
1 and 1/2 tablespoon
● Mayonnaise
3 tablespoons
● Milk
1 tablespoon
● Honey
About 1 teaspoon

Steps

1. Shred cabbage and carrots or chop it finely. Sprinkle with salt (it's easier to drain the excess water if you shred it).
2. Squeeze and drain water from the carrot and cabbage. Sprinkle lemon juice and chill in the refrigerator.
3. Add ● seasonings and mix before serving.
