Teriyaki Chicken

A simple and delicious Teriyaki chicken recipe!


Boneless Chicken thighs
1 lb
Brown Sugar
1 tablespoon
Soy Sauce
2 tablespoons
2 tablespoons
2 tablespoons
Vegetable oil
as needed


1. Cut the chicken thighs into bite size portions.
2. Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan and saute the chicken until the color changes.
3. While the chicken is being cooked, combine the soy sauce, sake, and mirin in a small bowl.
4. Pour the mixture into the pan (The chicken does not have to be fully cooked at this point.)
5. Cook the chicken for another 5 to 8 minutes on medium to high heat until the soy sauce mixture thickens. Stir occasionally so that the bottom of the pan doesn't get burnt.
7. And serve.
