Miso Soup with Myoga Ginger and Tofu

Enjoy the great aroma of myoga ginger.

Ingredients

Myoga ginger
3
Silken tofu
1/2 block
Miso
about half of a ladle
Dashi stock
about 700 ml

Steps

1. Cut the myoga ginger in half. Cut each half into 3 pieces.
2. Simmer the dashi stock and myoga ginger in a pot.
3. Add the tofu and whisk in the miso to dissolve. Done.
