Jiggly Strawberry Jello

Here's a recipe to make strawberry jelly with leftover strawberry syrup from making jam. It's so jiggly and tastes sweet and sour!

Ingredients: 2 servings

Strawberry syrup
100 ml
100 ml
6 g
Water for soaking the gelatin
30 ml
Lemon juice
2 tablespoons
As needed

1. I used the leftover strawberry syrup from making strawberry jam.
2. Soak gelatin in water for 10-20 minutes. Dissolve fully in a double boiler.
3. Combine strawberry syrup and the same amount of lemon juice. Add the dissolved gelatin and mix thoroughly.
4. Pour the jelly mixture into a glass or a cup. Remove bubbles on the surface. If you have any strawberries, press them into the jelly. Chill in the fridge.
5. I made mine in a Picardie glass No need to use a mold. So jiggly! Jellies are nice to eat.
6. A shot of me eating it. This strawberry jelly is so soft and jiggly! That color is wholly natural It's the color of strawberries!
