Try this Japanese influenced sauce on your roast beef!

Ingredients: 6 - 8 servings

Scallions (White part)
4 to 5 stalks' worth
Minced ginger
2 tablespoons
Oyster sauce
2 tablespoons
Soy sauce
1 tablespoon
Sake
1 tablespoon

Steps

1. Mince scallions and ginger.
2. Put all ingredients in a bowl, and mix well.
3. Serve the sauce with your roast beef!
