My Usual Bread Dough

After many trials and errors, I made a dough that suits my tastes.
This is a rich dough that is great for savory or dessert breads.

Ingredients: Makes 1 serving

Bread flour
170 g
Cake flour
80 g
30 g
4 g
Butter or margarine
Egg yolk (1), milk
4/5 cup (170ml)
Dry yeast
4 g


1. Other than the butter and the yeast, add in the ingredients. After five minutes, add in the yeast and then after another 5 minutes, add in the butter.

I bought a bread maker, so I wanted to make a delicious bread rather than use someone else's recipe. After many trials, I arrived to this recipe.
