Fuu-chan's Egg Sandwich

Fuu-chan's Egg Sandwich

What's good for breakfast? Egg sandwiches!! This has been my daughter's favorite sandwich since she was little. Eggs so sweet, smothered in mayonnaise, are so delicious you can't stop.

Ingredients: 2~3 servings

Sliced sandwich bread
6 slices
2 tablespoons
a pinch
1 tablespoon

1. Spread a thin layer of margarine on the bread and set aside. Mix together the eggs, sugar, and salt.
2. In a lightly oiled frying pan, scramble the eggs while being careful not to burn them. When they're about halfway cooked, turn off the heat and thoroughly mix the mayonnaise with the egg.
3. Sandwich the egg mixture in the bread and cut the sandwiches into easy-to-eat pieces. The sweet, soft, just-cooked egg is a big hit with children. They're even good for a lunch box when cooled.

Story Behind this Recipe

When I think about egg sandwiches, nothing compares to the sweetness of this one. The salty mayonnaise and boiled egg kind of sandwich is also good, but please give this sweet mayonnaise and scrambled egg sandwich a try. It's a taste you just can't get enough of!!!
