Octopus with Garlic, Butter and Ponzu Sauce

I'm so hooked on butter and ponzu sauce.

Ingredients: About 3 servings

Octopus (boiled)
250 g
10 g
Garlic powder
To taste
1 tablespoon
Green onions
As needed
Black pepper (I recommend coarsely ground)
To taste


1. Chop the octopus into bite-sizes.
2. Heat butter in a frying pan to melt, then stir-fry the octopus.
3. Sprinkle garlic powder. Drizzle ponzu sauce when it's cooked.
4. Dish it up and serve with scallions and black pepper.

Story Behind this Recipe

My mother usually gives me vegetables and fruits, but this time, she gave me boiled octopus. I'm so obsessed with butter and ponzu sauce these days that I cooked the octopus with it.
