Japanese-style Salmon and Vegetable Marinade

Japanese-style Salmon and Vegetable Marinade

If you're tired of grilled salmon, try marinating it in Nanban sauce. You can fill up on vegetables along with it.

Salmon filets
As many as you like
Brocolli. Daikon radish, etc.
As much as you like
6 Tablespoons
6 Tablespoons
Soy sauce
6 tablespoons
Cake flour
a suitable amount

1. Put salmon, seasoned with salt and pepper in a plastic bag with flour and shake.
2. Cut up the onion and sweat in a pan with oil. Fry the salmon in a generous amount of oil, being careful not to burn it. Add a small amount of sesame oil (not listed). Parboil the vegetables for about a minute. Boiling the daikon for a short time makes it crunchy and not watery.
3. Mix the wet ingredients together in a dish, transfer the salmon as soon as it's cooked, then the vegetables. Cover with plastic wrap and it's ready when the flavor is absorbed. Marinate for at least an hour.

Story Behind this Recipe

I found a lot salmon in the fridge that was about to go bad, so I decided to fry it all up I thought it would be safe to eat if it was marinated in vinegar. It was a big hit.
