Easy and Speedy Curry Flavored Spring Rolls

It's easy because it's pan-fried rather than deep-fried. It's crusty, and great as an appetizer, snack, or packed in bentos.

Ingredients: 1 serving

Spring roll wrappers
Wiener sausages
Easy melting cheese
As you like
Curry powder
As you like


1. Place 1.5 wiener sausages on a spring roll wrapper.
2. Top with cheese and curry powder.
3. To make sure the cheese doesn't spill out when it melts, wrap them up tightly. Seal the ends with a touch of flour dissolved in water (not listed).
4. Heat oil in a pan (not listed) and roll the spring rolls around over medium heat. Pan-fry patiently until golden brown, about 5 minutes.
5. When you chop them in half, the cheese should be melted. It's crusty and delicious.
