Scallops and Asparagus Stir-fried in Lemon, Butter and Soy Sauce

Lemon gives a refreshing touch to the tasty combination of soy and butter sauce.

Ingredients: 3 servings

Scallops
15 small (5 large)
Asparagus
1 bunch
Butter
1 tablespoon
Soy sauce
2 tablespoons
Lemon juice
3 tablespoons plus
Salt and pepper
a small amount
Vegetable oil
1 teaspoon

Steps

1. Remove the shells and dark sinews from the scallops.
2. Put the vegetable oil in a frying pan and stir-fry the scallops on both sides. Add the asparagus. Don't mix them around too much.
3. When the moisture has evaporated, add the butter and the soy sauce. Remove from the heat and add the lemon juice.
