Milk Ice Cream

Ingredients

Milk
200g
Skimmed milk
3 tablespoons (20g)
Sugar
40 g

Steps

1. Put the ingredients in a heat-proof container, mix, then microwave until it rises. Let it cool in the fridge. (Knead twice.)
2. I used 1 tablespoon of skimmed milk (powdered) per 100g of milk, but more might be better. The photo shows milk and sugar only. It's crunchy and delicious.

Story Behind this Recipe

I thought that adding fat to the milk would turn it into ice cream, but skimmed milk was better than powdered cream.
