Carrot Jello

Carrot Jello

You'll want to gobble up this carrot jello, even after you've already finished eating. The fibers in the carrots will help balance your blood sugar after a big meal.

Ingredients: 4 jello cups

100 g
Orange juice
200 ml
Gelatin powder
2 scant teaspoons (5 g)
2 tablespoons
to taste


1. Soak the gelatin in the water listed.
2. Heat the grated carrot and orange juice in a saucepan. If you don't think it will be sweet enough, add the honey in here.
3. Stop the heat and stir in the dissolved gelatin.
4. Pour into the cup of your choice and leave in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour to chill and harden, then they are done.

I tried to remember how my mother used to make these. There's a lot of carrot, but it's so easy to eat that you'll just eat it right up.
