Mock-Clear Soup

Add steamed egg custard for a cheap and simple soup.

Ingredients: 2 servings

Steamed egg custard
2 out of 3 packets
Dashi stock
to taste
Usukuchi soy sauce
1 to 2 teaspoons
to taste
to garnish


1. Put water and dashi stock in a pot and heat. Cube the steamed egg custard into small blocks and adjust the taste with usukuchi soy sauce and salt. Add mitsuba on top and serve.
