Whole Egg Custard Cream Made in the Microwave

It is so easy to make this custard cream with a microwave. It takes less than 10 minutes from preparation to cleaning up. It is a low calorie custard cream made with a whole egg.

Sugar
30 g
Milk
200 ml
Flour
2 tablespoons
Margarine
10 g
Vanilla Extract
a little

Steps

1. Beat together the egg and sugar in a bowl. Sift in the flour and mix.

Story Behind this Recipe

Custard cream made with only egg yolks is good, but I used a whole egg because I did not want to waste egg whites, and I wanted to make a large amount.
