Pasta with Salted Pork and Cabbage

Toss boiled salted pork into pasta! The pork is so sweet and delicious.

Ingredients: 1 Serving

Pasta
100 g
Salted pork
100 g
Cabbage
As preferred
Red chili pepper

Minced garlic
1 clove
Pepper

Steps

1. Spread oil in a pan. Add minced garlic and red chili pepper, then turn on the heat. When it's fragrant, add salted pork.
2. Add roughly chopped cabbage and stir-fry. Season with lots of pepper.
3. Add cooked pasta into the pan and mix briskly. The pork will give out some salt, so taste it before seasoning with salt or soy sauce. Dish it up and serve with a little olive oil.
