Handmade Pasta Dough

Handmade pasta itself has a very nice taste. You can easily roll out the dough and simplify the task with a pasta machine.

Ingredients: 2 servings

Bread (strong) flour
100 g
Cake flour
100 g
Eggs (medium)


1. Sift the bread flour and cake flour together.
2. Sift onto a working surface, make a well in the center of the flour, and break the eggs into it.
3. Mix up the eggs with a fork, gradually incorporating the flour into them.
5. Knead the dough for about 10 minutes.
6. Leave the dough to rest for around 30 minutes at room temperature (in summer, let it sit in the refrigerator).
7. Roll out the dough and cut into your preferred thickness (coat your working surface with bread flour to prevent sticking).
