Graham Biscuits Vegan-friendly

It's difficult to find totally vegen sweets.
These are crispy without the need to use any shortening.

Ingredients: An easy-to-make amount

☆ Cake flour
160 g
☆ Whole wheat flour
100 g
☆ Beet sugar
30 g
☆ Salt
3 g
☆ Baking powder
1 teaspoon
Vegetable oil
60 ml
Vanilla flavored soy milk
60 ml


1. Combine the ☆ ingredients, add the vegetable oil, then mix well until crumbly.
2. Add the soy milk, then mix evenly until well integrated. Cover to prevent the dough from drying out, then set in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes.
3. Preheat the oven to 170℃. Roll out dough to 2-3 mm thickness, then cut out cookies in desired shapes. Pierce each cookie with a fork, then bake for 17-18 minutes in oven preheated to 170℃.
4. They're done. Please allow them to cool off completely before serving.
