Chicken Breast Karaage (Deep Fried Chicken)

Make delicious karaage with chicken breasts! The bites are tender fresh out of the fryer. Serve them piping hot or cooled.

Ingredients: 4 servings

Chicken breast meat
1 kg
☆Grated onion
☆Soy sauce
3 tablespoons
3 tablespoons
1 teaspoon
☆Sesame oil
1 teaspoon
to taste
to taste
☆Salt and pepper
a dash
1 tablespoon
White flour, katakuriko
1:1 ratio


1. Cut the chicken breasts into large bite-sized pieces.
2. Combine the meat and ☆ ingredients, then sprinkle in the ★ katakuriko. Let rest for 2 hours.
3. Right before deep-frying, coat each piece of chicken with flour and katakuriko combined in a 1:1 ratio.
