Easy Kabocha Squash With Cheese and Bacon

Boil or microwave (sprinkled with sake) the kabocha squash while you make other things to fill the bento. A quick and easy salad!

Ingredients: 4 servings

Kabocha squash
1/4 of a small one
Melting sliced cheese
2 slices
2 slices
Krazy Salt
to taste
To garnish


1. Do not take the rind off the kabocha squash. Either boil it or sprinkle it with a little sake and microwave until tender, then mash up roughly. Cut the cheese and bacon into squares and mix into the hot kabocha squash. Flavor with Krazy Salt.
2. Sprinkle with some chopped parsley to taste, and it's done!
