Roasted Soy Flour and Milk Agar Agar

Enjoy this when you want to eat lots of kinako a♡

Ingredients: 4 servings

Soy milk (or milk)
400 g
Kinako
50 g
Brown sugar
15-30 g
Powdered kanten
4 g
Kuromitsu (for decoration)
as needed
Kinako (for decoration)
as needed

Steps

1. Put the roasted soy flour, brown sugar and powdered kanten in a bowl.
2. Mix well with a whisk.
3. Add soy milk (or milk) and continue to mix well with a whisk.
4. When it's mixed, place over heat. It will burn easily, so keep mixing and heat it until it boils. Once it has come to the boil, immediately remove from heat.
5. Pour into a container. When it cools down, chill in the fridge.
6. Top with kinako and kuromitsu and enjoy!
