Cook for Just 5 Minutes Keema Curry

Use Yakiniku sauce flavored with condensed fruits and vegetables and you won't need to cook, add onions or simmer it for a long time. You can easily make a savory keema curry!! It's perfect for days when you want to prepare a quick lunch for yourself.

Ingredients: 1 serving

Yakiniku sauce
2 tablespoons
Onion (minced)
1/2 medium
Ground pork
about 100 g
Curry powder
about 1.5 teaspoons
Plain flour
1 rounded tablespoon
about 1 tablespoon
Tomato ketchup
1 tablespoon
Cold water or hot water
200 ml
Salt and pepper
to taste
To Boost the Flavor
Celery (minced, leaves included)
1/4 stalk
Green peas (frozen)
1 rounded tablespoon
*Garam Masala (optional)
a small amount
*Cardamon (powder, optional)
a small amount


1. Prepare all of the ingredients so that they are ready to use.
2. Cook the minced onion and ground pork in a heated frying pan. (If everything is prepared at this time, you can add the celery to change the flavor). Once cooked, add the yakiniku sauce and the curry powder. Cook for 1 minute. Turn off the heat and stir in the flour well.
3. Dissolve the miso in the water and add to the frying pan from Step 2. Simmer over medium-low heat for 2 minutes. At this point, add the ketchup and green beans (if necessary). Lastly, season with salt, pepper, and the * ingredients (if prepared) to adjust the flavor.
