Low-Cal Dandan Noodles with Fresh Ramen Noodles

I love dandan noodles but I was shocked when I realized their calorie count. This is a low-cal version that's still delicious.

Ingredients: 3 servings

Fresh ramen noodles (with soy sauce or miso soup sachet)
1 packet (3 portions in a packet)
Spinach
About 1/4 bunch
Pork mince
200 g
Vegetable oil
1/2 tablespoon
◎ Sugar
1 teaspoon
◎ Shaoxing wine or sake
1 tablespoon
◎ Pepper
To taste
◎ Soy sauce
1 tablespoon
Tianmianjiang
1 heaped tablespoon
◎ Doubanjiang
1/2 teaspoon
Toasted white sesame seeds
to your liking

Steps

1. Blanch the spinach in salted water and squeeze out the excess water. Cut into bite sizes.
2. Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan and fry the pork mince. Season with the ◎ ingredients.
3. Cook the fresh ramen noodles and add the soup sachets. Put the pork mince on top and spinach. Sprinkle with sesame seeds.
4. This one is miso based.
