Chikuwa and Avocado Tossed in Spicy Mayonnaise

Avocado and chikuwa tossed in a spicy mentaiko (pollack roe) mayonnaise sauce--you can't go wrong with this combination. Rich, thick, and creamy.

Ingredients: 3-4 servings

Chikuwa

Avocado

Mentaiko spicy pollack roe
1/2 a sac
◎Mayonnaise
2 teaspoons
◎Lemon juice
2 teaspoons
◎Yuzu pepper paste
to taste

Steps

1. Thinly slice the chikuwa, toss with crumbled mentaiko, then add the mayonnaise and yuzu-kosho paste.
2. Sprinkle lemon juice on the avocado, toss all the ingredients together, then it's ready to serve.
