My husband loves mayonnaise, so I wondered if I could make a new recipe using mayo. Microwave cooking is so easy these days, I use it for everything.
Cut large pieces of the parchment paper, and close the ends securely. You can also use a dish covered with plastic wrap. Mushrooms go so well with the salmon!
