Garlic and Pepper Seasoned Chicken Breast with Lemon

This is a tender chicken breast with the tang of lemon and the kick of garlic and pepper.

Ingredients: 4 servings

Chicken breast
2 (about 300 g)
○Garlic powder
1 and 1/2 tablespoon
○Black pepper
2 teaspoons
○Lemon juice
2 teaspoons
○Salt
2 teaspoons
○Cooking sake or white wine
1 tablespoon
Garlic
1 clove
Olive oil
1 tablespoon

Steps

1. Pierce the chicken with the tip of your knife, then cut into bite-sized pieces. Rub in the ingredients labeled ○ and set aside.
2. Add olive oil to a heated frying pan. Cook the minced garlic on low until it's fragrant, then brown the chicken over low-medium heat on both sides until golden brown.
3. Garnish with a wedge of lemon or squeeze on a couple drops of lemon juice (optional) and serve. ♪
