Preheat the oven to 250°C. Line a baking sheet with cooking parchment paper. Put the chicken wing pieces in one layer on the baking sheet and salt and pepper both sides. Bake in the oven at 250°C for 25 minutes and done!
Story Behind this Recipe
I wanted to reduce the amount of oil I use. The finish on this chicken is nice and crispy, just like fried chicken! My family thinks it's delicious so this makes an occasional appearance.
If you use good salt and freshly ground black pepper they're the only seasonings you need for delicious chicken. You can just leave this in the oven to cook so there's less work to do. You can cook this in the oven right away. Wrap the leg end with aluminium foil to keep your hands clean while eating them.
