Delicious Onion and Chicken Tender Marinade

You can leave this in the fridge for 5-6 days. You can make this chicken tender marinade in advance and it'll be ready to eat whenever. It's a healthy dish that goes well as a side dish or with alcohol.

Ingredients: 4 servings

Chicken tenders
○ Sake
3 tablespoons
◎ Olive oil
1 tablespoon
◎ Balsamic vinegar
2 teaspoons
◎ Japanese Worcestershire-style sauce
2 tablespoons
◎ Ketchup
3 tablespoons


1. Place the chicken in a large heat-resistant bowl and sprinkle with sake. Cover the bowl loosely with plastic wrap and microwave at 500 W for 2 minutes. Check the chicken and microwave for another 2 minutes. Check again, and heat for another 2 minutes. Once it has cooled, shred the chicken and set it aside.
2. Slice the onion thinly and mix it with the chicken. Add the ◎ ingredients, put it in a thick plastic bag and chill in the refrigerator. It will be good for 5 or 6 days.
3. Finished. It's seasoned well.
