Fluffy Okara Pizza

I made chewy pizza dough with okara. It tastes just like a potato pizza! This would be a great to have for lunch when you are on a diet.

Ingredients: 1 pizza

Fresh okara
100 g
50 g
Salt and pepper
to taste
Pizza sauce
as needed
Cheese, toppings of your choice
as much as you like


1. Combine the okara, katakuriko, salt and pepper, and mix well. Add the water to the mixture, watching the texture. Once the dough has become soft like earlobes (once the dough has come together), roll into a ball. Roll the dough out until it's about 1 cm thick.
2. Once you've rolled out the pizza crust, spread pizza sauce, add toppings of your choice (I used Japanese leek & boiled chicken tenderloins this time) and cheese on top. Bake in the toaster oven for 5 to 6 minutes until brown.

I was thinking how I could use this chewy okara dough, and I thought making a pizza would be the best. It was delicious.
