Meat Soboro Made with Okara

Meat Soboro Made with Okara

I made mock meat soboro with okara (or soy pulp). You can use this for various kinds of dishes. I recommend this for vegetarians too.

Ingredients

Fresh okara
100 g
Sake
1 tablespoon
Yakiniku sauce
3 tablespoons
Egg
1
Juice from grated ginger
to taste
Finely chopped green onion
small amount

Steps

1. In a frying pan, fry the okara over medium heat to get rid of excess moisture and make it crumbly.
2. Add the sake and mix. Pour the yakiniku sauce and mix until it combines. Add the green onion.
3. Add the beaten egg at the end and turn off the heat. Stir well until it softens.
4. I put it on top of rice (for a Soboro Rice Bowl).
5. With taco sauce and vegetables (for Taco Rice).

Story Behind this Recipe

I'm a little satisfied as it turned out almost looking like "chicken soboro" but this is just a replacement..
I would be happy if you could use this for various dishes to help you go on a diet.
