Sesame Flavored Shirataki Noodles and Salted Salmon Stir Fry

This is a good recipe when you have leftover grilled salmon. It's great as an after-dinner drinking appetizer. Or try it as a side dish. You can make it in no time.

Ingredients: About 3 servings

Shirataki noodles
180 g
Salted salmon (cooked)
1 piece
Sesame oil
1/2 teaspoon
○ Sake
1 tablespoon
○ Mirin
2 teaspoons
○ Soy sauce
1 teaspoon

Steps

1. Flake the salted salmon and remove the skin and bones. Cut up the shirataki noodles, put in a pan with water and bring to a boil, then drain. Put the sesame oil in a non-stick frying pan and stir fry the shirataki noodles and salmon.
2. Add the ○ ingredients, and stir fry to evaporate the moisture.
