Have a Merry Christmas with a Chiffon Cake

With chiffon cake as a base, this decorated cake is nice and fluffy. Let's make homemade cakes.

1. Refer to Recipe ID: 468628 to make the base chiffon cake. If you bake it on Christmas Eve, you only have to decorate it on Christmas Day. Of course, as it's a chiffon cake, it will stay fluffy for 2-3 days!
2. If you are making cocoa chiffon cake, mix 20 g cocoa powder with cake flour. You can use orange juice (100%) or simmered tea instead of water - anything you like...
3. Here, I simply coated it with heavy cream and decorated with blueberries. I melted leftover chocolate over hot water and used it for decoration.

Story Behind this Recipe

I wanted to make a fluffy, decorated cake so I made it with a chiffon cake. My family loved it!! I don't need to order a cake from the bakery any more.
