Stir-fried Shirataki, Tofu and Tarako

A healthy dish seasoned with tarako!! It's also delicious with spaghetti.

Ingredients

Shirataki
110 g, 1 bag
Tofu
150g
★ Tarako
1
★ Sake, soy sauce, mirin
1 tablespoon of each
Butter
10 g
Green onions
To taste
Black pepper
To taste

Steps

1. Cut the shirataki into suitable size and wash. Cut the tofu into easy to eat size. Mix the ★ ingredients.
2. Heat a frying pan with butter. Add the drained tofu and shirataki to cook.
3. Season with the ★ ingredients. Sprinkle with black pepper. Finally garnish with finely chopped green onion and it's done.

Story Behind this Recipe

In a cooking show, they featured a pasta recipe, so I modified it to an easy shirataki version.
