Easy Pad Gra Prao (Stir Fried Rice with Ground Meat and Basil)

I like "Fried Rice with Chicken and Basil" (Recipe ID: 259461) but didn't have all the ingredients, so I made an easy version with fewer ingredients.

Ingredients: 2 servings

Ground chicken
150 g
Ground pork
150 g
Sweet basil leaves (or dried basil)

Green bell peppers
3
Dried red chili peppers (or Ichimi spice)
3 big ones
Tubed garlic
4 cm
☆ Fish sauce
2 teaspoons
☆ Oyster sauce
3 tablespoons
☆ Soy sauce
1 teaspoon
☆ Sugar
1 teaspoon
☆ Sake
2 teaspoons

Steps

1. Combine the ☆ ingredients beforehand.
2. Remove the seeds from the bell peppers and red chili peppers. Cut into small pieces. Roughly chop the basil.
3. Heat a frying pan and add the oil, garlic paste and red chili peppers (as the garlic is already grated, it'll become fragrant immediately).
4. Saute the ground chicken and pork well.
5. Saute the bell peppers next.
6. Pour in the combined ☆ ingredients and mix.
7. Stir in the basil and mix well. Turn off the heat.
8. Transfer over a pile of rice and top with a sunny side up.

I like "Fried Rice with Chicken and Basil" (Recipe ID: 259461), but couldn't find green chili peppers or shishito green peppers at my local grocery stores, so I omitted them.
