Korean-Style Salad

You can easily make a Korean-style salad with salt and sesame oil. Eat up your favorite vegetables easily. You'll want to keep this salad all to yourself.

Ingredients

Loose leaf lettuce (or iceberg lettuce)
as much as you like
Carrot
3 cm
Cucumber
about 1
Sesame seeds
to taste
○ Sesame oil
3 tablespoons
○ Salt
3 to 4 shakes
○ Shichimi spice
1 shake
○ Pepper
1 shake

Steps

1. Combine all the ○ ingredients in a bowl. Slice the cucumber in half lengthwise, and slice on the diagonal. Finely julienne the carrot. Wash the lettuce leaves, dry well and rip up with your hands.
2. Add the cucumber and carrot to the bowl from Step 1 and mix with your hands. Taste, and adjust the seasoning so that it's a bit on the salty side. Massage the vegetables as you mix!
3. Add the lettuce and sesame seeds and mix well while massaging the leaves with your hands, and it's done.
