Sliced Cheese Cheesecake

You can make this easy baked cheese cake with sliced cheese without heavy cream. You make it using the ingredients you normally have at home.

Ingredients: 18 cm round cake pan

Sliced cheese
4 slices

Plain yogurt (unsweetened)

Cake flour

10 g
80 g
50 g
Lemon juice
1 tablespoon
Tart Crust (optional)

1. Line a cake pan with parchment paper. (It's easier to line a cake pan if you secure it with pegs or paper clips.) Preheat the oven to 170℃.
2. Tart Crust: Crush the biscuits in a food processor, and add melted butter. Please refer to Recipe ID: 250189 for detailed instructions.
3. If you make this cake with the tart crust, pour the batter over it before baking.
4. Batter: Mix all the ingredients in a blender, and it's ready Please shred the sliced cheese by hand before adding it to the blender with the rest of the ingredients. If you don't have a blender, follow the instructions in Step 7.
5. Pour the batter into the cake pan, and bake in a preheated oven for 45-50 minutes.
6. Chill the cake really well, and it's done.
7. For those who don't have a blender or food processor: Step 1: Melt the milk, cheese and margarine in a double boiler. Step 2: Lightly mix the other ingredients with a hand mixer in a double boiler. Add Step 2 into Step 1, mix well, pour the batter into the cake pan, and bake in the oven.
