Add all of the ingredients to a food processor and blend.
Once blended, pour the batter into a cake tin and bake for 30 minutes at 180°C.
Cool the cake within the tin. When it has cooled, transfer it to the fridge and leave it to chill.
I baked my cake in a glass tart dish. If you chill it well, it will come out of the tin smoothly.

I made this cake for my snack.
Please adjust the amount of brown sugar to your preferences. 30 g will yield a non-sweet cake, while 50 g will give you a sweet one. If you bake this cake in a pound cake tin, please remember to line it with baking paper beforehand.
