Diet Friendly Agar Cake with Tofu, Brown Sugar & Kinako

This is a healthy dessert that contains tofu and agar and can be made easily using a food processor.

Ingredients

Tofu (silken)
1 block (approximately 300-350 g)
Brown sugar
30-50 g
Kinako
30 g
Skim milk powder
30 g
Honey
10 g
Powdered kanten
4 g

Steps

1. Preheat the oven to 180°C.
2. Add all of the ingredients to a food processor and blend.
3. Once blended, pour the batter into a cake tin and bake for 30 minutes at 180°C.
4. Cool the cake within the tin. When it has cooled, transfer it to the fridge and leave it to chill.
5. I baked my cake in a glass tart dish. If you chill it well, it will come out of the tin smoothly.
