Scallops with Cheesy Panko

I cooked sashimi grade scallops with cheesy panko in butter. They are crispy on the outside and really soft on the inside.

Ingredients: 10 scallops' worth

Raw scallops (sashimi grade)
10
Grated cheese
3 tablespoons
Panko
a little less than 200 ml
Plain flour
as needed
Egg
1
Fresh parsley
to taste
Butter
2 tablespoons

Steps

1. Mix the panko and cheese together. Coat the scallops in the flour, egg and cheesy panko, in that order.
2. Put the butter in a frying pan, and cook until browned. Transfer to a serving plate and garnish with chopped parsley.

Story Behind this Recipe

I ate something similar to this in a restaurant. It was tasty, so I tried to recreate the dish. My family loved it. Ten scallops just weren't enough ^^
