Easy Mayo-Miso Chicken ☆ Seasoned with Yuzu Pepper Paste

Saute the chicken in a frying pan first, and skewer it after to save time.

Ingredients: 4 yakitori sticks' worth

Chicken tenders
200 g
Sesame oil
1 teaspoon
Sake
1 tablespoon
◎Mayonnaise
1/2 tablespoon
◎Miso
1/4 teaspoon
◎Yuzu pepper paste
1/4 teaspoon
Chili threads, if available
To taste

Steps

1. Cut the chicken tenders and pre-season with sake. Saute in a frying pan with sesame oil until browned.
2. Combine the ◎ ingredients for the sauce. Skewer the chicken pieces and brush on the ◎ sauce. Top with chili threads if available, and it's done.
