Put 600ml of water and the bouillon cubes in a pot and heat. If using carrots or other root vegetables add them to the pot.
When it comes to a boil, add the chicken, cut vegetables, noodles, and kimchi to the liquid.
When the chicken is thoroughly cooked, add the soy milk. Simmer once more and it's done !

I had this at my friend's house and since it was so delicious, I wanted to have it again. Since it's low in calories and includes healthy ingredients, I recommend it if you are on a diet.
You can also add ingredients like green onions, daikon, mushrooms, and tofu. The noodles can be added without reconstituting them. While the taste depends on the amount of kimchi, adjust to taste with salt, soy milk, or your choice of flavourings.
