Sweet & Spicy Chicken Drums

An easy simmered dish that'll go well with rice or with drinks.

Ingredients: 3 servings

Chicken wing drumettes
10 pieces
Tianmianjiang
1 tablespoon
Soy sauce
2 tablespoons
Water
150 ml
Sake
1 tablespoon
Sugar
2 teaspoons
Takanotsume
1
Salt and pepper
a pinch of each

Steps

1. Season the chicken with salt and pepper. Brown in a skillet.
2. Mix the seasonings and put into the pan with the chicken.
3. Simmer over medium heat for about 15 minutes. Take care not to let it burn and it's done!
