Baked Yogurt Kanten Cake

It's a healthy dessert without egg, sugar or oil. A fresh tart cake like non baked yogurt cake. You can make it easily with a blender.

Ingredients

Apple
1
Plain yogurt
250g
Skim milk
50g
Lemon juice
1 tablespoon
Powdered kanten
4g

Steps

1. Preheat the oven to 360°F/180°C. Wash the apple and take off the stem and cut into suitable size.
2. Put the chopped apple and yogurt into the blender. Switch on to make juice.
3. Add skim milk and lemon juice and keep blending.
4. Add the powdered kanten and mix for about 3 seconds.
5. Pour the mixture into the mold. Bake for about 30 minutes at 360°F/180°C.
6. When baked, let it cool in the mold. When it has cooled enough, chill it in the fridge.
7. Cut the cake into a suitable size and enjoy the sweets.

I wanted to eat something like non baked cheesecake.
As a diet treat, this can be made easily with apple, agar agar, and yogurt.
