Crispy Juicy Zangi Fried Chicken

Zangi! is Japanese fried chicken. If you like it juicy, I recommend using chicken thighs.

Ingredients: 2 servings

Chicken thigh meat
1 large piece
☆Soy sauce
2 tablespoons
1 tablespoon
1 tablespoon
1 teaspoon
☆Sesame oil
1 teaspoon
☆Grated garlic
1 piece
☆Grated ginger
1 piece worth
☆Salt and pepper
a small amount
4 tablespoons
4 tablespoons
Frying oil
as needed


1. Cut the chicken into big bite-sized pieces. Put the chicken and ☆ seasoning into a bowl and marinate with your hands. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and rest in the refrigerator for an hour.
2. Put flour and katakuriko in a plastic bag and mix well. Add the chicken after patting it dry. Hold the opening of the plastic bag tightly and shake well ☆ By doing this, you will coat the chicken well without getting your hands dirty.
