My Family's Favorite Pan-Fried Ginger Pork

This is one of my family's favorites.
It has a simple taste but is completely satisfying. it's so delicious that it'll make you want to eat bowl after bowl of rice.

Ingredients: 2 to 3 servings

300 g
Ginger (grated)
for 1 piece
Salt-reduced soy sauce
4 tablespoons
Cooking sake
4 tablespoons
1 1/2 tablespoons


1. Mix the seasoning ingredients in a shallow container.
2. Marinate the meat for about 30 minutes.
3. Then fry the meat. Make sure to coat the meat with the marinating sauce.
4. Enjoy.
