Microwave the cream cheese for a short time to soften.
Add sugar and brandy and stir together with a whisk. Add heavy cream a little at a time and combine. Once it is mixed evenly it's done.

I was creating recipes that called for a lot of cream cheese. This is one of the recipes.
Just mix. It's easy. If you use normal heavy cream instead of non-dairy, it will have a richer taste. Please keep the heavy cream in the fridge just before use. If you microwave the cream cheese too long, it becomes too hot and the cream will be too runny. So let it cool a little and mix while soft.
